Can I delete my account?

Complete account deletion is not possible due to legal and compliance obligations. Our regulatory framework requires us to retain certain records, including identity verification records, for up to 7 years after your account is closed, which prevents the full removal of account information.

Account Closure

You can close your account at any time directly from the platform. Go to your account settings and select Close My Account, available 24/7, with no need to contact support.

If you have a withdrawable balance, you will be asked to withdraw your remaining funds before closure can be completed. Once your account is closed, it will become inaccessible, you will no longer be able to use any services on our platform, and you will be removed from all marketing communications.

If you wish to reopen your account, you can contact our customer support team. A 24-hour cooling-off period will apply to any reopening of your account. You will not need to complete verification again.
